How do I pay for Regency Senior Communities?

The accommodations and services provided by Regency Senior Communities are generally non-reimbursable from a standard health insurance or governmental health insurance program i.e., Medicare or Medicaid. Many of our residents look forward to a permanent living arrangement, making use of our services and lifestyle opportunities at the campus of their choice. However, we cannot predict the future and have anticipated several options should the need for alternative arrangements arise. In the event you may require a level of care and services beyond our capabilities, we will assist you in finding the best alternative.

As a resident of ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities, you will have the benefit of a Priority Admission with the LindenGrove Health Care Centers in Menomonee Falls, Mukwonago, New Berlin and Waukesha. Admission is subject to availability and individual admission policies.

Because we rent on a one-year basis and do not require an endowment or entrance fee, with proper notice you always have the option of making a change without suffering a significant financial penalty.
