Regency Senior Communities offers a variety of housing options, services and programs that address your changing needs. Whether you choose a completely independent lifestyle or one that provides assistance when you need it, Regency Senior Communities is dedicated to providing a caring and nurturing community with no entrance or endowment fee.

Our Senior Living and Supportive Living Residences feature one and two bedroom private apartments with many comfortable amenities. Assisted Living Residences offer a private studio or one-bedroom apartment plus 24-hour service staff, personal care assistance, professional health care, daily meals, housekeeping and more. Our Attended Care Residences are a positive alternative to traditional long-term care. Seniors who require specialized, around-the-clock care receive personalized assistance and attention (not to exceed 28 hours per week)…all within the comfort of their private residence. Our Guest Residency Program provides temporary respite care and lodging for seniors.

Regency Senior Communities provides residential and care service programs for seniors. Program service levels range from Senior Living to Assisted Living and Memory Care. These programs meet the needs of both the active senior with tremendous social and recreational activities and those seniors who have increased care needs that may include medication management, bathing assistance, diabetic care management, and other personal care in addition to meal provision, housekeeping and laundry services. All services and programs are provided in an amenity-rich environment of private residences and spacious community areas, which offer the residents comfort and security.

Based on your application, Regency will thoroughly evaluate our ability to provide you with an appropriate apartment and the services that best suit your needs and lifestyle. Once you’ve signed a lease, our staff will assist you in making your move to Regency Senior Communities as smooth as possible. 

Independent living is private pay. Assisted living accommodations and services are private pay for two years. After two years in the assisted living, Regency does accept funding from Familycare. Some long-term insurance products do cover Assisted Living Services. Some programs are offered on the state and federal level to subsidize income. Availability of these funds, however, is very limited.

When you compare our cost to other alternatives, you should review all components of Regency’s services, which are included in your monthly fee. Please note: there is no entrance or endowment fee at Regency. Your assets remain intact, generating interest for you.

Many of our residents look forward to a permanent living arrangement, making use of our services and lifestyle opportunities at the campus of their choice. However, we cannot predict the future and have anticipated several options should the need for alternative arrangements arise. In the event you may require a level of care and services beyond our capabilities, we will assist you in finding the best alternative.

Because we rent on a one-year basis in independent, and do not require an endowment or entrance fee, with proper notice you always have the option of making a change without suffering a significant financial penalty if you need a higher level of care.

Regency welcomes cats, dogs and birds within our communities! You will need to provide health information and pet insurance before we can admit. If you have a family pet other than a cat, dog or bird, please call the leasing office so we can discuss your options.

• Up to two pets are welcome per household.
• Pets must weigh less than 40 lbs.
• No dogs are allowed in Assisted Living, Attended Care or Memory Care apartments.
• Must be up to date with vaccinations.
• Resident must care for pet independently or have made arrangements for outside assistance. Regency will not assist in caring for pets.
• Pets cannot create a health or safety risk to the community or create a disturbance to other residents.
• You must hold pet insurance on each pet.
