Catered Living caters to the everyday needs of seniors making retirement living easy and enjoyable. It offers a private studio residence with kitchenette, three chef-prepared meals per day, elegantly served restaurant style in our dining room, bi-weekly house-keeping, weekly linen service, and transportation assistance. Utilities are included along with all campus amenities and conveniences.

Assisted Living Services within a Spacious Senior Living Residence

This new program enables residents of the New Berlin Campus to choose Assisted Living provided within a spacious, luxurious private residence.

Catered Care includes:

• Nursing & personal care services
• One-bedroom apartment, one-bedroom plus den apartment, or two-bedroom apartment
• One meal per day
• Housekeeping services
• Weekly bed linen changes

Additional daily meals are available and may be added at your request.

This is the ideal option for couples where one spouse has a need for Assisted Living services while the other is able to live quite independently.
