Senior Living Residences feature luxurious one and two bedroom private apartments with many comfortable amenities. Regency's focus is to maintain independence, wellness, safety and security. Our vibrant senior lifestyle includes social interaction, learning activities and a happy, thriving environment. Optional dining programs are available as desired.

 

Supportive Living supplements Senior Living with dining and housekeeping services, and provides support services to help a resident with some activities of daily living. Services could include: assistance with bathing, medication set-up and more. Optional dining programs are available as desired.

 

Catered Living "caters to the everyday needs of seniors" to make retirement living easy and enjoyable. It offers a private studio residence with kitchenette, three chef-prepared meals per day, elegantly served restaurant style in our dining room, bi-weekly housekeeping, weekly linen service, and transportation assistance. Utilities are included along with all campus amenities and conveniences.

 

Catered Care—Assisted Living (New Berlin campus only)

This new program enables residents to receive Assisted Living services within a spacious, luxurious 1 or 2 bedroom residence.

This is the ideal option for couples where one spouse has a need for Assisted Living services while the other is able to live independently.

Attended Care is Regency's innovative alternative to traditional long-term care. We provide additional staff support with more personalized and professional care than in Assisted Living. Residents receive around-the-clock personalized assistance within the comfort of their private residence, along with all services listed under Assisted Living.

 

NEW Guided Care for the Cognitively Impaired The new Guided Care Program at Regency-New Berlin is an innovative, systematic approach that meets the challenges of seniors with cognitive impairments. by providing the best in healthcare and making more efficient use of health services, Guided Care can improve the quality of life for these seniors. All Regency campuses are slated to offer this new program; Regency-New Berlin is the first Regency campus to provide this care.

 

The Guest Residency Program provides temporary respite care and lodging. It is ideally suited to meet the needs of seniors with special needs, giving regular caregivers a much-needed break from daily responsibilities. The Guest Residency Program can also be the ideal solution for seniors who need more help than can be provided at home, but are undecided about their senior living options. The Guest Residency Program allows seniors to experience Regency's Assisted or Attended Care on a trial basis before making longer-term lease commitments.
