Meet Donna Sullivan
What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?
I attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and continued my training at The Catholic Archdiocese on computer software and fund development. Prior to The Regency, I worked for Catholic Charities from 1998 to 2008 as a Director of Site Services overseeing 5 satellite facilities and the staff. I also serviced the Older Adult program, Counseling, Immigrations, Adoption, and the Fund Development Department. I started at Regency as a Resident Services Coordinator before being promoted to Campus Administrator.
When did you join Regency?
I joined Brookfield Regency on February 28, 2008.
How long have you been in this line of work?
I have been working with the senior population for over 20 years.
What adjectives do people use most to describe you?
Loyal, kind, honest and a great sense of humor.
Describe what you do in a nutshell.
I am the Campus Administrator and I oversee our Senior Independent and Assisted Living facility.
What do you like most about your job?
Time spent one-on-one with our residents learning about their lives prior to coming to The Regency. I often lose track of time when I am listening to them reminisce about their lives; sometimes it is like watching the History Channel.
When you're not at work, where would we find you?
You would find me with my family and my dogs. I come from a large family and we enjoy spending time together whenever possible.
