Meet Lynn Reynolds

Director of Community Services

What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?

I have 28 years of property management and real estate experience, including numerous awards in real estate sales from the Metropolitan Builder's Association.  I have served on the Town of Brookfield Planning Commission and volunteered and held leadership roles throughout the metro Milwaukee area for many worthwhile organizations.

When did you join Regency?

Valentine's Day, 2017

How long have you been in this line of work?

Since 1990

What adjectives do people use most to describe you?

Empathetic, honest, joyful, dedicated, compassionate.

Describe what you do in a nutshell.

I assist families during their most difficult times: finding a new home for mom or dad. I listen, am compassionate and caring and try to make the relocation process as easy as possible. My goal is to make my residents feel important, cherished, acknowledged and loved. I cannot walk past a resident without acknowledging them and taking the time to see how they are. It might be a hug, a joke, or just a walk together around the parking lot. I keep teddy bears in my office, if I see someone not feeling well and struggling, a teddy bear magically appears for them.

What do you like most about your job?

I get more hugs at this job than any other! When I leave at the end of the day, my heart is full and I know I made a difference in a number of lives. It may have been with the family who is fearful of moving mom and dad, it may be making a resident laugh, or just staying after hours to help residents to get our music events and socials. I know that each day I come to work, I will make a difference I people’s lives.

Do you belong to any organizations?

I sure do! I do volunteer work and special event planning: Honor Flight, Town of Brookfield Fire Belles, American Lung Association, Women For MACC (Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer), Komen for the Cure, American Cancer Society, St. Jude Hospital, The Waukesha Women's Center, Milwaukee County Zoo, Elmbrook Humane Society, United Cerebral Palsy of Southeastern Wisconsin, Milwaukee River Clean Up, Town of Brookfield Park and Recreation Event Planning Committee, Sarah's Stride, Brookfield Junior Women's League, Operation Comfort (USO and Red Cross), Jordan House, Waukesha Emergency Support and Rehab and Blessed Sacrament Church.

I am also a Realtor® with more than 26 years of experience. I am proud to have been recognized with numerous awards, including as a Five Star Real Estate Agent by Milwaukee Magazine six years running.

When you're not at work, where would we find you?

Alongside my husband. We may be dining somewhere new, cooking for friends, or on the water. As long as I’m by his side, I’m happy.
