Describe what you do in a nutshell.
I manage the staffing for resident care, assess potential residents for placement at our residential facility, and I respond when new medical concerns arise. I work to achieve a proactive approach to care in order to see our residents maintain a good health status and to facilitate their care changes as needed. I enjoy my work and I believe it is obvious to the people who may observe me. My wish is that residents will see joy as I work with them.

Seeing happy and healthy residents out and about taking walks, attending activities and making new friends.
When you're not at work, where would we find you?
You'd find me playing the piano or gardening.
