Stacey M. Cheney

Campus Administrator
New Berlin

Meet Stacey M. Cheney

Campus Administrator
New Berlin

What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?

I have enjoyed working with seniors in various capacities throughout my career.  For example, I worked as the Activities Coordinator for 2 local senior communities and eventually became the property manager for both properties.  When I started at Regency I was the Director of Community Services in New Berlin and was promoted to Campus Administrator in 2016.

When did you join Regency?

How long have you been in this line of work?

Since 2011

What adjectives do people use most to describe you?

Outgoing, dependable, generous, caring, and traditional.

Describe what you do in a nutshell.

As Campus Administrator, my primary responsibility is running the campus itself, which includes 224 homes, and ensure we're delivering to our high standards we're known for.

What do you like most about your job?

Interacting with the residents and making an impact on their lives; whether it is just lending a friendly ear or helping them with decisions that will affect their quality of life. My goal is to keep our residents as independent as possible for as long as possible by presenting different options. We have many different options at Regency New Berlin to accomplish just that.

When you're not at work, where would we find you?

At my glamper on the Bark River, walking 1/2 marathons with my girlfriend, hiking in nature, doing home improvement projects with my husband, spending time with my three lovely daughters, resale/consignment shopping with my friends...did I mention walking? I walk at least four miles a day outside of work...many times before I get here at 8 am!
