Meet Susan Grilli

Director of Community Services

What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?

I graduated from Greenfield High School and went on to earn a Degree in Business Management from MATC.  My professional designations include a Dale Carnegie Leadership Certification, a Solution Selling Certification, and I completed the Helen Bader Institute for Nonprofit Management Coaching Program.

When did you join Regency?

February 2020

How long have you been in this line of work?

I am new to the long term senior care industry, but have work as a Director of Sales and Marketing for 20 years, 13 of which were in the health care industry.

What adjectives do people use most to describe you?

Positive, energetic,  dedicated, caring, team player.

Describe what you do in a nutshell.

I am responsible for the development, implementation and administration of resident admissions, marketing programs, and public relations.  I direct the development and  implementation of the ProHealth Care Regency Senior Communities outreach program. 

What do you like most about your job?

I am rewarded by serving the senior population and their families, ensuring they have the care and housing they deserve.

When you're not at work, where would we find you?

When I am not working you can find me enjoying the sunshine!
