Trip Descriptions
Scenic Ride – Come with us as we explore a new local destination or attraction each week on, and sometimes off, the bus! Take a ride through a countryside farm or the city lights on this 60-90-minute picturesque trip.
Grocery Trip – Grab your purse or wallet and join us for a shopping spree! Visit local bakeries, markets, and stores such as Pick n' Save, Dollar Tree, Walmart, and TJ Maxx. Some trips even have multiple destinations and residents have the option to choose one or both! Time at each store is approximately 1 hour with assistance provided by the bus driver.
Shuttle to Grande Café– Join us for a hot cup of coffee and some assorted sweet treats as we pick up residents from around the Muskego campus to gather in the Community Room of the Grand Manor.
Specialty Trips –Specialty trips range from events at the Fireside Theater, the Casino, the Milwaukee Art Museum, etc., to a tasty meal at your favorite restaurant! Residents get the opportunity to travel to destinations like Lake Geneva, Madison, and even Baraboo for these one-of-a-kind trips. Some trips require payment which can be accepted via cash or check at the specified front desk. Make this unique occasion even more fun by bringing a friend, as guests are allowed on bus trips (provided they sign a waiver)!
