How do you serve the residents at Regency?
As the Director of Life Enrichment, my goal is to serve all Regency residents and to help them to utilize all of their skills and abilities to enhance and expand their daily lives and achieve their highest potential. We offer meaningful Life Enrichment programming focusing on physical fitness, cognitive enrichment, creativity, social engagement, spirituality, emotional well-being, and lifelong learning. These engagements also help to reduce stress and improve self-esteem and self-awareness, making residents more fulfilled and happier people.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is that I am able to build relationships with and help enrich the lives of the residents. I also love collaborating with talented team members, creating new ideas and programs that are meaningful and fun, and continuing to challenge myself. I get to travel to all three campuses and each day is packed with something exciting and new.
When you're not at work, where would we find you?
When I'm not at work, you would find me spending time with my family and loved ones. This could be getting out in nature, watching movies, swimming, going out to restaurants, going to concerts, motorcycle riding, or spending time at home creating art, listening to music, or relaxing.
