Meet Elizabeth "Liz" Brzeski

Chief Operating Officer
Senior Communities

What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?

I attended UW-Milwaukee and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Comparative Religion and I earned an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University.

When did you join Regency?

July, 2019

How long have you been in this line of work?

I have been in this line of work for 20 years.

What adjectives do people use most to describe you?

Intentional, creative, determined, even-keeled, relational.

Describe what you do in a nutshell.

I am responsible for the organizational operations of Regency Senior Communities including oversight of the Campus Administrators, Director of Dining Services, Director of Lifestyles, Business Office and their professional management of individual campus and department operations, standardization of operations across the organization, employee development and training, strategic planning, budget development and management, as well as quality controls and improvement.

What do you like most about your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is working with and developing our leaders to maximize their full potential as individuals and contributing members of a collaborative team.  There is a lot of talent among the Regency staff and the more we can extract and develop everyone's individual strengths and passions, the better the programs, services, and facilities we can provide to our residents.  Regency is a special place where we have many opportunities to grow community among our residents and employees.

The best part of my day is seeing our residents and employees being authentically themselves and caring for one another.

When you're not at work, where would we find you?

When I'm not working you can find me lap swimming, reading, and spending time with my husband and two kids enjoying live music, kayaking/stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and exploring the National parks.
