Meet Karissa Holpfer
What are your professional accomplishments and credentials?
I have worked in long term healthcare for several years obtaining my certified nursing assistant certificate as well as many CBRF and other healthcare related credentials along the way.
When did you join Regency?
I joined Regency Brookfield in April of 2022.
How long have you been in this line of work?
I have been working in the healthcare industry for 15 years.
What adjectives do people use most to describe you?
Often times I’m described as kind, calm, trustworthy, creative, insightful, and organized.
Describe what you do in a nutshell.
I oversee the daily operations at our Brookfield Independent, Assisted Living, and CBRF.
What do you like most about your job?
The never ending opportunity to work with people on a daily basis is one of my favorite parts of the job. Whether this be working side by side with an employee or assisting a resident or their family member I am most fulfilled when I’m helping! The most rewarding part of my job is to see my team rally together to achieve just about any obstacle put in front of them – big or small!
When you're not at work, where would we find you?
You can find me most often spending time with my family. My husband Chad and I have two young children, Wesley and Evelyn. They certainly keep us busy and entertained! We enjoy doing small home renovations projects in our free time. In addition to that we also enjoying camping, boating, and traveling together!
